What does the £400 cover?
The agreed brochure website of up to five pages, plus the first year of hosting and one agreed standard domain. Premium domains, email mailboxes, paid images, ongoing edits, shops and booking systems are not included unless stated in your quote. The written quote confirms tax treatment and the full payable total before an order.
Will you guarantee leads or Google rankings?
No. We build a clear, usable website and set up the basic page information. Enquiries and rankings depend on many factors; neither is guaranteed.
What happens at renewal?
Your quote will state the first-year start date, renewal date, annual prices and cancellation arrangements. Renewal needs your agreement. You can discuss transferring the site and domain instead.
Who owns the website?
The agreement will describe ownership and handover after payment. Your own content remains yours. Fonts, images and software from other suppliers remain subject to their licences. We will agree the domain registrant details with you before registration.
How long does it take?
We agree a delivery schedule once your scope and content are ready. We will not promise a launch date before checking what your project needs.
